Finally!!!

Thoughts added August 2nd.
After testing several stream providers we finally got what seems very stable and NO buffering at all. Crystal clear 128 Kbs. During process I digged "routing" of streams which generate most probs. I definately not a geek in this so Ill try put it this way. When U buy streams it runs through "pipelines" via X number of geographic destinations. To reduce buffering and maintain stability the lessons which sound extreme logic :P is simple. Get provider whose servers located as close as possible to the geographic locations.
